Welcome to Horty!
We welcome Andrew Weldon, CPA to the firm. Andrew joins us as a Manager and was previously with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in their Philadelphia office serving as an Audit Manager.
We also welcome Joe Visco to the firm as a general services Associate. Joe recently graduated from Rowan University and was an intern with Horty & Horty this past tax season before joining us full time this summer.

Horty & Horty, P.A. teamed up with the New Castle County Delaware Police Department to collect donations and hold a back-to-school drive for children and schools in the surrounding area. Many families rely on these drives to ensure that their children are prepared for success during the school year.

After several years of dormancy, the Wilmington CPA softball league is back in action. The Horty team has had an eventful season with thrilling games and strong performances. The team showcased remarkable resilience and skill delivering powerful hits and exceptional fielding. The team’s spirit has been bolstered by enthusiastic support from fans, including staff members and their families, who filled the stands with cheers and encouragement. The team looks forward to making a strong run in the upcoming playoffs. Go Horty!
